Graduates

Our graduate development schemes have been designed to give your management career in bus and rail a real head-start. Both programmes offer opportunities to gain experience in a range of business areas, supported by a comprehensive development programme and mentoring from a senior leader.

Our rail graduate scheme is a two year programme that will give you the chance to work in each of our busy rail franchises. You will gain hands-on experience of delivering services to our passengers and of operations management.  At the end of the programme, we expect our graduates to fill key rail management positions.

Our bus graduate scheme focuses on developing operations managers and leaders. You will work within one of our bus companies and gain experience of all aspects of running a modern bus operation, as well as exposure to the commercial aspects of the business.
