Rail

Our rail operation, Govia, is 65% owned by Go-Ahead and 35% by Keolis. Keolis is a French-based operator of passenger transport services which is part owned by the French national railway SNCF.

Our rail operation is the busiest in the UK, responsible for nearly 30% of all UK passenger rail journeys through its three rail franchises: Southern (which includes the Gatwick Express), Southeastern and London Midland. The Southeastern franchise includes the UK's first domestic high speed rail service. Operating between Kent and London the service significantly reduces journey times.

In April 2008, Go-Ahead held an investor day focused on our rail franchises.View the presentations.
