A recent article in Transport Times features the successful progress of Go-Ahead’s smartcard the key. Regarding the National Transport Award we received for the smartcard, David Brown said: “This award recognises our desire to continue to innovate and meet the needs of our passengers, and acknowledges the fantastic teamwork which has delivered this significant new initiative."
