Phil Southall will be appointed MD for Oxford Bus Company as Philip Kirk is stepping down after 20 years with the company.
The role incorporates Thames Travel and Carousel Buses.
Phil is currently the Operations Director at OBC joining The Go-Ahead Group in 2006, moving there from Go North East in 2012. He will take on the role formally in the autumn following a handover period.

He joined the industry as a management trainee in 1998 and has extensive operational and commercial experience that he will be bringing to the role.
