Since launching its ambitious climate change strategy in July 2021, we have made significant progress towards our goal of becoming a net zero company by 2045. The strategy focuses on decarbonising operations, advancing low-carbon public transport, and delivering meaningful environmental benefits.

The Europe’s Climate Leaders 2023 list, compiled by the Financial Times in partnership with Statista, highlights 500 companies leading the way in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. View the entire list online.

In the latest Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers ranking developed by the Department for Education, Go-Ahead has significantly improved its position, moving up eight places from 2022’s ranking of 13th.

Carolyn Ferguson, Group Chief People Officer at the time of the award, said:
