Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2025

Go-Ahead’s investment in apprenticeships has been recognised by the Department for Education in their Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers list.

The recognition celebrates our on-going commitment to creating career opportunities for the next generation of transport professionals – and to build a workforce that truly reflects the communities we serve.

There are currently over 1,400 apprentices at Go-Ahead across rail and bus. The apprenticeship programmes cover customer services, engineering, management, and driving qualifications.
