Hammock wins major contract to deliver Smart Ticketing Consultancy to West Midlands Combined Authority, in partnership with ALCO Consulting

The contract brief, which was delivered in March 2018, was to investigate and recommend an outcome around ITSO Ticketing & cEMV payments with fare capping and aggregation for the region.

Specifically, to review Certifications, integration with wider regions and hardware recommendations.

Hammock were selected as they have significant experience and expertise in both ITSO Account Based Ticketing and cEMV in Transit, having delivered for the Go-Ahead Group on both bus and rail.

The project has been successfully delivered with an OBC for WMCA
