These policies outline our approach to managing our businesses responsibly across all our operating companies.

They’re not exhaustive but a selection of policies demonstrating our Group-wide approach and how this is implemented by our operating companies at a practical and local level.

We have a devolved management approach, with our subsidiary bus and rail companies operating autonomously. We believe empowered local management teams can understand and respond more quickly and ultimately deliver a better service to the local community that they are part of.

There is a common ideology across all our companies that ensures Go-Ahead’s philosophy remains central to the way we operate.

Compliance with our policies is through regular audits and checks to ensure our operating companies actively demonstrate activity in these areas.
